UHP Services

GGE provides UHP (ultra-high pressure) hydro-blasting and retro-jetting services to clients all over the GCC. The offered services are prompt and highly efficient in terms of surface preparation, coating removal, and corrosion control.

At German Gulf, we use highly efficient (40,000 PSI) UHP machines for coating removal applications such as paint stripping in shipyards, offshore oil rigs, weld inspection, numerous plant maintenance tasks, and (15,000 PSI) HP machines for retro-jetting tubes, exchangers, pressure vessels, condensers, boilers, and pipelines. These machines and processes are very environmentally friendly, with less freshwater consumption for hydro-blasting (26 LPM) and retro-jetting (99 LPM).

We can remove rust, strip paint, bitumen, epoxy resin, abrasive, cladding, galvanized coating, and many other coatings from almost any surface, leaving it ready to be re-coated.
